Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity receives the label « France Cybersecurity » for R&S®Web Application Firewall and R&S®Cloud Protector during the FIC 2020 tradeshow
Paris, 29 january, 2020 – Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity, leading IT security company, just announced having received the label “France Cybersecurity” on Wednesday 29 January for both Web Application Firewalls (WAF) products, R&S®Web Application Firewall and R&S®Cloud Protector, respectively deployed on-premises, multi-cloud, hybrid cloud or in Saas mode. This is the first time that R&S®Cloud Protector is receiving this Label “France Cybersecurity”.
The France Cybersecurity Label addresses several necessities and objectives:
- Promote French cybersecurity solutions and increase their international exposure
- Raise awareness among users and international ordering parties regarding the importance of the French origin of a Cybersecurity offer and its intrinsic qualities
- Certify to users and ordering parties that the product and services are commercialized
- Increase their overall use and the security level of users
The France Cybersecurity Label is the guarantee for end users that the certified products and services are made in France and possess clear and well-defined functionalities, with a level of quality established by an independent panel.
This guarantee is provided by the verification of the label specifications proper observance and the scrutiny of factual elements brought by the solution provider on the quality and performance of its products and services.
